All product prices and specifications listed for sale on this website are subject to change at any time. Please see Website Terms for further information. If you have placed an order and the price drops within 30 days of your order date, Outcast Bullet Company will offer a credit for the difference upon your request. Outcast Bullet Company does not honor price change requests for orders placed more than 30 days prior to the change in price. Outcast Bullet Company also does not allow raincheck pricing for any prior Sale or Daily Deal prices if you have not placed an order.

Purchasing Protocol

All NFA Rules Apply. All payments are processed immediately upon placement of order. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides. Outcast Bullet Company reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time,for any reason.

Cancellations

Order Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

Except for orders fulfilled by Outcast Bullet Company, an order placed with Outcast Bullet Company may be cancelled by the customer prior to the order having been shipped. (No Exceptions) Due to processing timeframes and procedures, orders containing items fulfilled by Outcast Bullet Company cannot be cancelled. All cancellation requests must be made through the Customer Service Department at 704-400-0517, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST. You must provide the order number when contacting Customer Service. If an order cannot be cancelled because the order has shipped or the order includes items fulfilled by Outcast Bullet Company, then the customer must follow all rules and procedures applicable to Returns. Please note that the return of the item(s) will be made at the customer’s expense. Cancelled orders may not be reversed. All cancellations are final.

Amending Orders

No amendments to orders can take place once an order is placed.

Shipping Times

Typically, you can expect your order to ship within 8-14 business days. During the holiday and peak seasons shipping times will vary due to the high order volume. We do work very hard to get your order out to you, and apologize if there is a delay with it. Let our Customer Service Department know if your order has passed the above ship time, and they will have your order sent to our Shipping Department to investigate the reason for the delay. All notices for loss of or damage to property transported or accepted must include date of shipment, tracking number, and the nature of loss or damage. Claims should be made by calling our customer service line at 704-400-0517 or emailing us at customerservice@outcastbulletcompany.com. All claims must be made within seven days after the scheduled delivery time or five days after you receive notification that the package was delivered but did not receive it. All damaged items must be verified and a certified statement of loss with proof of documentation required by consignee. Proof of loss must include proof of interest in the property and affidavit of shipment.
